Information we collect
MEMENTO MORI Lifespan Calendar collects the following data to provide the service: (1) email address and password used for sign-in (passwords are stored hashed), (2) hero profile (name, birthdate, sex, character, life-expectancy setting), (3) quest list (goals and target ages), and (4) custom events (icons, titles, and notes you place on calendar cells). When you use the contact form, you may also enter your name, email, subject, and message.
Where data is stored and how it is used
The data above is stored in your browser's local storage and synchronized to Supabase (Tokyo region / ap-northeast-1) so it can follow you across devices. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. We use the data only to render your lifespan calendar, authenticate your sign-in session, sync between devices, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Account and data deletion
While signed in, the "Delete account" button next to the "Edit" button on the home screen permanently erases all of your data — profile, quests, custom events, and authentication record. This action cannot be undone. To delete only individual quests or events, use the delete buttons on each item. To wipe the local copy, use your browser's site-data clear function.
Cookies and third-party services
We use cookies required to keep you signed in, plus Google Analytics 4 (GA4) cookies to understand how the site is used. The third-party services we rely on are: (1) Supabase (authentication and database, Tokyo region), (2) Cloudflare Workers (hosting and CDN), (3) Resend (password-reset emails), (4) Web3Forms (contact form submissions), and (5) Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data with IP-address anonymization, so we do not collect data that personally identifies you. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, install the "Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on" provided by Google.
